No Sound After Installation?

If there is no sound after installing the fiber optic box, check the following connections:

Check the power supply. Use a multimeter to confirm the power connection. Yellow wire: battery power 12V. Black wire: ground. The ACC power supply does not need to be connected.
Check the gateway signal. Confirm that the CAN-H and CAN-L connections are connected correctly.
Check the optical fiber communication. The optical fiber signals in the vehicle system must communicate normally. If another electrical device interrupts the optical fiber communication, the affected signal may need to be bypassed according to the vehicle's original system configuration.
