OEM Control Panel - Peugeot and Citroen
Swap the factory radio in a Peugeot 207 or a Citroen C4 for an Android screen, and the panel underneath goes quiet. The volume knob stops answering. The preset keys do nothing at all. The L-030 puts that panel back to work behind the same factory face, and this time it's wired to the new screen rather than the old radio, so you keep the OEM dashboard and get a control surface that responds to your thumb again.
The L-030 covers three groups of cars, and the year ranges don't overlap: Peugeot 207 and 207 CC from 2006 to 2015, Citroen C4, C-Triomphe and C-Quatre from 2004 to 2009, and Citroen C5 from 2008 to 2017. Same panel part number, three different centre consoles.

Trim and console layout varied between markets on these cars. So which version should you order? Start with the head unit - I'd pick the screen first, since the panel has to pair with it. Send us the model year, the variant and the unit, and we'll match the panel to the car you own.
Here's the part that catches people out. On these Peugeots and Citroens the radio and the lower button panel are two separate pieces of the dash, and the panel talks to the radio rather than to whatever screen you install. Pull the radio and the panel loses its partner. Nothing is broken; it simply has nobody left to answer to, and every knob you reach for goes dead.
The lower console panel works, because the factory radio is still there to answer it. What you don't get is a touchscreen, navigation, Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
The panel takes the place of the dead factory one and drives the Android screen above it. The face keeps the factory button layout, so the console still looks original.
There are three ways this normally goes. Only one gives you a working panel that still looks factory.

Five numbered presets, plus NAVI, BAND, SETUP and DIMM, sit exactly where your fingers already expect them. Nothing moved to a touchscreen submenu.
Power, volume and tune stay on rotary controls, so changing the volume never means taking your eyes off the road.
The panel arrives with its own wiring loom and connectors, rather than leaving your installer to source a matching plug.

The moulding follows the original face, disc slot line and MAP marking included, so the console doesn't advertise the upgrade.
One part number spans the 207, the 207 CC, the C4 family and the C5, with the year ranges listed above.
Look at the face and it reads like the factory part. A power and volume knob sits on the left, a tune knob on the right, home and phone keys occupy the top corners, and the MIC opening, five numbered preset keys, a RES key and the NAVI, BAND, SETUP and DIMM row run across the middle. The disc slot line and the MAP marking carry over on the moulding.
Behind it is the part that matters: a flat multi-pin connector and a square plug on a loose loom, so the panel reaches the Android screen without a dash full of spliced wires.
This is where orders go wrong. The panel isn't a universal part and it isn't always in the box - it depends on which head unit package you buy.
Order the Peugeot 207 2006-2015 package built around the HB5395 or HV5395 head unit, and this panel is already part of the package.
With the other head units listed below, the package doesn't include the panel. Add it on its own if you want the factory control surface back.
